All components of the SC-WB1000 are made of corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean, and durable materials, including the sample rack, support assembly, base, and gas dispensing system. The tubes are placed on the sample rack and support tray. The gas then passes through a flow meter to the dispensing system (the flow meter measures and controls the gas flow, ensuring that the gas is supplied within the appropriate range). Flexible tubing then directs the gas to the valve tube assembly at each location. Depending on the tube size and solvent volume, they can be individually raised or lowered to the correct height. A needle blows the gas to the surface of the solution, causing rapid evaporation of the solvent.
